Why would you go anywhere else? Only to get lost in a giant warehouse, have people try to help you that have no idea what they're talking about and waste hours of your day, only to be frustrated and end up here at Fontana Builder's Mart True Value anyway?? The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly. The store has everything you need and is laid out perfectly. I went in to looking for a couple of rare machine bolts and they had EXACTLY what I needed. I felt heard, and important. Someone came and asked to help me and I didn't have to go looking for someone. Everyone is always available and super knowledgeable. There was even coffee next to the register!

My family and friends have been loyal customers of our local hardware store. I went into foothill builders mart in Fontana on May 25, 2026 at 1:40 pm I've been a loyal customer before foothill builders once upon a time Ace and True value but unfortunately this relationship has come to an end. I went into foothill builders mart to buy a nut and washer for my bathroom sink I noticed a employee walking up the aisle towards me I said excuse me could you please help me find this. I showed him my old nut and washer for my bathroom sink he walked me over to the appropriate location but there was several different sizes and I didn't know which size was mine I asked Tony what size is my nut and washer for my bathroom sink at that same time I asked him the phone rang he left me talking to myself and quickly picked up the phone then he proceeded to helping the person on the phone I waited for Tony he finally came back after 5 minutes no no not to help me but to continue to help the person on the phone I just stood there finally went over to Tony excuse me you were helping me first I guess another employee heard me and proceeded to help me it took the employee a minute to help me. I looked

This was my first time visiting the store on April 4th, and I had a great experience thanks to Eric! He was incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right soil for my plants and gave me excellent advice on how to deal with the pests in my garden. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt confident before I left. I really appreciated his patience and knowledge—it made a big difference. Thanks again, Eric!

Eric was very helpful and knowledgeable. I am a new gardener and he was able to give me advice and recommended great products. I came into the store 30 minutes before closing and I felt like he still gave me quality time in answering my questions and assisting me. He also helped load the soil I needed into a cart and into my car. He provided great customer service and was very nice.
